Lodge - vertical log construction (on deeded land)
- Approx. 24-foot x 32-foot (768 sq. ft.) with 372 sq. ft. loft.
- 3 bedrooms - sleeps 8 (steel bunk beds) with 2 additional beds in loft.
- Newer wrap-around deck from front door to the side door.
- Propane range/oven, refrigerators (2), lights, and hot water heater.
- Yamaha 2300 electric generator for electric appliances.
- Water pumped from lake to elevated storage tank, gravity feed to cabin.
- Inside hot water shower.
- Newer wood-burning stove.
- All cookware and utensils.
- Propane Barbecue.
- 10-foot x 12-foot storage building for gasoline, motors, nets, etc.
- Outhouse.
- Satellite phone for emergency calls only.
- Newer "large" dock.
- Cabin sits on elevated peninsula facing Baptiste Lake. Out the back door is the Norbert River which provides access to Jean Lake.
